THIS IS NOT THE SIGN-UP POST!

We're posting the template ~2 weeks early for those of you who, like us, enjoy planning ahead!

Please Note: This year's sign-up form is different from previous years. Please make sure you are using this year's version when you fill out your form.

Reminders:

Sign-ups open on July 12th (9AM EDT | 2PM BST) (World Clock | Time Zones Converter).

The fest is first come, first served.

We will be capping the number of writers at 35. There will be no cap as to the number of artists.

We're accepting proxy sign-ups, so if you can't be here on July 12th, find someone who can post your sign-up for you. However you must edit (or reply to your placeholder comment) within 24 hours with the full sign-up, or we won't accept it. (In the interest of fairness, mods will not be acting as proxies)

There will be separate sign-up posts for writers and artists.

Anonymous sign-ups have been enabled on dreamwidth, so you will be able to sign up without having an account. However, if you sign up via an anonymous comment, you will be unable to edit your comment during the sign-up period should you want to make any modifications or should you need to correct the code in your sign-up, so you may want to make an account before sign-ups.

If you make any edits to your post after your initial sign-up, you must send the mods a quick email to let us know what you've changed if you want us to account for it in matching you with your creator and recipient.

If you had to drop out last year, please contact the mods to confirm eligibility to participate this year prior to signing up.

You must have previously created at least one publicly available (revealed, non-anon) Harry/Draco fanwork that meets fest requirements (at least 2.5k words or equivalent in art, complete and beta-read, and without AI-generated content) by July 12th to be eligible to sign-up for the fest.

If you are thinking about signing up with a partner and creating a collaborative work, you and your potential collaborator must email the mods prior to signing up.

Please ensure that you are using the proper HTML coding included in the below sign-up forms (aka that you are copy-pasting the form with the included coding) when leaving your comment on the sign-up posts. This will ensure that the form is easy to read for the mods and your gifter. If you do not use the proper HTML you will be asked to resubmit your sign-up with the correct coding within 24 hours or we will not accept it.

Please do not reference specific creators in your sign up! (e.g. "I love art like soandso's" or "I'd love a fic in the style of suchandsuch!" or "I want a fic like fictitle, which I loved!") We will ask you to modify or resubmit any sign-ups that make reference to a specific creator's work or style.

Please do not ask for any remixes of your existing work (e.g. requesting artwork of your fic or fic of your artwork, asking for prequels/sequels/outtakes based on your creations.)
